Here are some questions our clients often ask.

How quickly will my water cooler arrive?

We aim to deliver and install all water coolers in just 5 working days from receiving signed paperwork.

How often will my water be delivered?

Every 4 weeks as standard but we also offer weekly and fortnightly deliveries for our extra thirsty customers!

How long do I need to sign up for?

There’s no minimum contract term for our ceramic pots or for just the bottled water itself, although we do have a minimum contract of 12 months for our spring water coolers & filtration systems.

What do I do with my empty water bottles?

We will collect your empty water bottles on your next delivery (please be aware there is a charge for any lost or damaged bottles).

Do I need to service my water cooler?

We take care of that for you and our annual rental includes 1 internal clean per year – just give our office a call to book a service when you’re ready.

How much does shipping cost?

As long as you are within our delivery area, the fee is only $1.25 per delivery.

Can I buy a water dispenser rather than renting it?

Yes, of course! Simply get in touch and let us know which dispenser you’re looking at and we’ll provide a quote.
