Agreeing to these terms and conditions is not a rental agreement. You will receive a rental agreement via email within 48 hours of your online purchase.
We require that you fill in and the check the details of your order, sign and return it to us via fax, email or post. Please note household’s will have a 2nd agreement to return, this will include providing their credit card details as security of the goods on hire.
Once the agreement/s has been returned, dispatch of your goods will be within 1-3 working days.
Rental Agreements apply to system rentals only and exclude retail purchases such as accessories/extras and filter cartridges.

Refund & Return Policy
Thanks for purchasing our products (or subscribing to our services) at https://pacificsprings.com.au operated by Pacific Springs Natural Springwater Pty Ltd.
We offer a full refund for all purchases made on our website within 30 calendar days of your purchase date if the goods have not been delivered yet.
Due to the nature of our business and products we sell, no refund is available once the goods have been delivered.
If our products arrive damaged or contaminated in any way, please contact us right away and we will be happy to send a free replacement, regardless of its expiration date.
If you’ve signed a hire contract and want to cancel it, you must request this in writing. We will then write back and advise whether there is a cancellation fee. Typically, cancelling a hire contract within the first 12 months attracts a $50+GST cancellation fee.
