Here are some frequently asked questions you may want answered too:

Do you deliver spring water to my location?

Please check if we deliver to your suburb on our Spring Water Delivery Areas page.

How long do I need to sign up for?

There’s no minimum contract term for our ceramic pots or for just the bottled water itself, although we do have a minimum contract of 12 months for our spring water coolers & filtration systems.

How quickly will my water cooler arrive?

We aim to deliver and install all water coolers in just 5 working days from receiving signed paperwork.

How often will my water be delivered?

Every 4 weeks as standard but we also offer weekly and fortnightly deliveries for our extra thirsty customers!

How much does water delivery cost?

As long as you are within our delivery area, the fee is only $1.25 per delivery.

What do I do with my empty water bottles?

We will collect your empty water bottles on your next delivery (please be aware there is a charge for any lost or damaged bottles).

Do I need to service my water cooler?

If you rent the cooler from us, we take care of that for you. Our annual rental includes 1 internal clean per year. Just give our office a call to book a service when you’re ready.

Can I buy my water dispenser rather than renting it?

Yes, you can! Our water coolers and dispensers now have a Purchase option, with all the necessary details.
